What kind of events does Ivy illustrate at?  All of them! Her most popular events are Weddings and Charity Galas.  Ivy has also done her share of Brand Launches, Trunk Shows, Fashion Shows, Bachelorette Parties, Design Studio Grand Openings, Graduation Parties, Fashion Week Events, Bar Mitzvahs & Bat Mitzvahs and Birthday Parties.

Q: What is the cost of Live Fashion Illustration?

A: Please contact Ivy for rates.  3 hour minimum in the Milwaukee area, 5 hour minimum outside of the Milwaukee area. A deposit of $200 is due to secure your date.  Final payments due 1 month prior to your event.

 

Q: How long does each illustration Take?

A: Depending on the details, it takes an average of 6-8 mins to illustrate each person.

Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes! Ivy is based in Milwaukee, WI, but is available to travel worldwide.

Q: Can the paper be customized?

A: Absolutely! Names, date and/or a logo digital file provided by the host can be added to the paper. $150

8"x 10" marker paper with professional markers.  Standard frame size.

B: A table sign will be on display explaining the process.  Table sign can be customized starting at $200.

 

Q: How does the process work?

A: Photos are taken of the guests as they arrive.  While your guests enjoy the evening Ivy illustrates them in their fabulous attire for them to take home as they are finished or at the end of the night.  Guests are always welcome to watch the live illustration process!  Illustration station requires table and a chair - all which are provided by the host/venue.

Q: Cocktail Hour & Reception will be in different locations - will this work?

A: Yes! If you foresee having multiple locations, please let Ivy know. It's recommended that both locations are set up prior to the start time with a table and chair for a seamless transition between locations.

 

Q: Can time be added on the day of?

A: Yes! If Ivy is available, one hour can be added  (restrictions apply to events that go late into the evening)

 

Q: What Is Your Cancelation Policy?

A: Cancelation must be made 60 days before the event.  $200 deposit is non-refundable.

Q: Are There Restrictions On Live Live Fashion?

A: Yes, they are as follows:

  • Maximum of 2 people per illustration.

  • To accommodate as many guests as possible, limit one illustration per person.

  • The person must be in attendance to be illustrated.  (please ask if you have a special request)
