I’m available to book for live fashion events and private events (Weddings, Holiday Parties, PR Launches, Charity Galas, Bachelorette Parties, Fashion Week events, Brand Launches, Trunk Shows, Sweet 16’s and more!).

Q: What Is The Cost of Live Fashion Illustration?
A: $200/hour plus any additional fees (see below). 3 hour minimum. A deposit of $100 is due to secure your date. Final payments due on the day of the event.
Q: Can I Customize The Template? What Are Our Options and Prices?
A: Absolutely! My standard templates are blank but if you’d like to add a custom template, I can add your names, date and/or a logo provided by the host. -$50
B: I have a standard table sign explaining Live Fashion Illustration with an example. Table sign can be customized. -$50
Q: How Long Does It Take?
A: Depending on the details, it takes an average of 8-10 mins to illustrate each person.
Q: Do You Travel? If So, Are There Travel Fees Involved?
A: Yes! I am based in Milwaukee, WI, but am available to travel worldwide. I do charge a travel fee that covers expenses such as hotel and transportation.
THE DAY OF
Q: What All Is Involved For Day Of Set Up?
A: Illustration station requires a small table, chair(s) and ample lighting (nearby outlet)- all which are set up & provided by the client. I will bring all art supplies and signage. If outside, table must be protected from the elements.
Helpful tip: I suggest placing a cocktail table nearby the live art station for guests to place their drinks on to protect illustrations from spills.
Q: How Does The Process Work?
A: When guests approach the station, they add their names to the sign in sheet. Guests will be illustrated throughout the event. All guests are welcome to watch the live illustration process.
Q: Our Cocktail Hour & Reception Will Be In Different Locations - Will This Work For Live Art?
A: Yes! If you foresee having multiple locations, please let me know after booking. We highly recommend that both locations are set up prior to the start time with a table and chairs. That way, I can seamlessly transition from station to station.
Q: Can I Add Time On The Day Of My Event?
A: Yes! If I am available, you may add up to one hour on the day of. (restrictions apply to events that go late into the evening)
Q: What Is Your Cancelation Policy?
A: I do offer refunds. Cancelation must be made 60 days before the event. $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Q: Why Are The Illustrations Faces Generic?
A: For live art, I illustrate them in my signature style to accommodate more people and meet the 8-10 minute turnaround. While they are generic, I am very attentive to the details and capture individual's likeness - like hair, clothing, accessories! I’ve found most guests love this type of style since it is so unique.

Q: Are There Restrictions On Live Live Fashion?
A: Yes! They are as follows:
I can fit a maximum of 2 persons in a portrait.
To accommodate as many guests as possible, limit one portrait per person.
I do not accept special requests during the live art event. If you wish to have a specific guest be live illustrated, please let them know to stop by my table early on to ensure they have time to be illustrated. I can take photos and do illustrations after the event for an additonal cost per illustration.
